A new opportunity has opened for young Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) graduates in Ghana who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Skills for Progress Africa, in partnership with ELAF, has launched a call for applications under the theme “Building the workforce that will build Africa.”
The programme aims to identify and develop some of Ghana’s most promising TVET talents and equip them with world-class technical and leadership skills.
Who Should Apply?
The opportunity is open to TVET graduates aged 18–35 who meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrate strong technical ability and leadership potential
- Aspire to build a career in industry
- Are available in Accra for the full duration of the programme
If you recently completed a technical or vocational programme and are serious about growing into a skilled professional and future leader, this call is designed for you.
What Successful Applicants Will Gain
Selected participants will receive a comprehensive package of support, including:
- World-class technical and leadership training
- One-on-one coaching and mentorship
- A 4-week industrial attachment
